I went down to 123rd and the park trail and ran with Michelle Putnam 13 miles on the Riverton Half marathon course. It was cold at the start and felt better when I turned and ran north.  Now for an extremely busy day!

Sammy, Well its good to see your human! I missed my Saturdays goal of 2 miles also. I however will go out right this minute and get 10 miles in while your are sleeping. I hope my running doesnt keep you up.
