I did a speed workout on the Riverton High track this morning.  I warmed up with a 2 mile run and then did 2x400's, 1x800, 1x1200, 1,1600. A quick cool down and then rushed home to take a japanese foreign exchange student that is living with us to her activity in which she is going to moab for a couple of days.  She is a riot! She doesnt speak english very good and she looks like ugly betty. Im not kidding, she has dark hair down to her eyes with those ugly betty glasses.  She is a doll!  You wouldnt even know she was living with us, she is so darn quiet.

Did you get to watch any episodes of "I Survived a Japanese Gameshow" with your exchange student? I have to admit that for lack of much else of interest, I watched much of last night's episode while on the treadmill.

So nice of you guys to take in a foreign student! I lived with a family in Australia for a few months while learning English, it makes all the difference in the world!

Riverton paul-- I havnt seen that sitcom but I have seen the Chris Farley Saturday Night Live skit where he is on a Japanese game show. When the Japanese contestants answer wrong, they end up cutting there fingers off. Chris Farley starts panicking and when its his question he ends up answering it right. Very funny, my favorite skit.

Lucia, Im still trying to think of todays recovery words of wisdom. I had a crappy day at work so im in a bad mood. I will try to turn my attitude around ok!? So if you learned your english in Australia then you speak proper right? Funny, Throw another shrimp on the barbie lucia!
