Holy Crap! Walter didnt run a race today! I went down to 700 W. and 8600 So. and got on the park trail and ran with Danielle at 6:30 for 2.5 miles then met Christa and ran to 13 miles with the two. It was a great morning! a bit cold at first but warmed up good. There was a 5k race on the trail and I wanted to join in so bad! But I luckily held back and stayed at a good pace. I will be better for it in BOSTON! Im so excited to get the crap out of dodge! I wished I could leave right now. Stupid work and having to make money and all that bill responsibility crap! Blah!  Im a little sore still, legs are still showing fatigue.  I will be nice to my bod this week.
