I went to Binghams track and met the Bbk group. We did a 3 mile warmup. Then a 1 mile pickup run then I did 6x800s with jogging in between 1 lap. My 800s were: 2.28, 2.32, 2.34, 2.35, 2.35, and 2.39. Man they wore me out. My 6th one was survival. I wished I couldve stayed longer for 2 more. That's usually when its beneficial to me even though I'm wiped out.

4:30 PM, met James Barnes at the Jordan River Park trail at 123rd and we ran the last 10 miles of the Riverton Half Marathon course together. It was freakin HOT! We saw Coach Jerry Sloan and he acknowledged us, he didnt call me by name though. I was expecting something more out of him. lol We finished 10 miles in 1:10 which is a low 7 minute mile.

Jon- He decided he would rather run with me than you on Saturday. That is what you get for taking me off of your favorite blogs, punk!:)

From Jon on Thu, Sep 17, 2009 at 12:08:01 from 138.64.2.76

Walter- we'll miss you.

James- I don't think I'm on your favorites list, right? It's what you get for not commenting on my blog for 3 months at that time :)

Jon- I didn't comment on Jeff's or Walter's blog for months either and I am still on their favorites and they aren't bitter!

Shadley, thanks alot. I feel like my training is just starting to pick up. I wished I had 8 weeks to SGM. Oh well

James, save it for the track! We'll settle this on the course. haha

Becster, You missed a great workout today. Where were you? Rachel showed up! Even though she didnt do any speed, she was still there! lol

Michelle, I knew I recognized you out there on the trail. Did you know Jerry Sloan was on there and I ran right past him and didnt recognize him. Just you. haha So you trumped the coach. You really need to quit talking to guys all the time! ahah. I will tell Sarah good luck from you. She is sad your not at S.J.M. anymore. Ill have to add you now so I can keep up. Get in gear for SGM! Make it a pleasant time down there. Then you wont hold a grudge. haha

YOU ARE SO STINKIN' FAST! AWESOME 800s. Jerry Sloan was probably bowing to you and you were to fast to hear him muttering some amazing compliments!

From Walter on Fri, Sep 18, 2009 at 08:34:36 from 76.27.15.208

Smooth, I think I heard him in the distance saying "Is that Walter?"
