Brrrr what a cold morning.  I met with the BBks this morning and we first warmed up if thats what you want to call it because I was freezing my baguettes off! We then did a couple of half mile tempo's and then got into a decent pace and ran to a hill and did some hill repeats. Then did a couple mile cool down. Im not going to lie to you, it was windy, sleet was involved, and I battled satan! Ok thats my entry.

I looked up the weather for South Jordan to see whether it was really cold or you're a wimp. And the result is, you're a wimp! It was 25 here this morning (felt colder cause of the wind) and I biked in to work. :P

Lucia, Its the wind! it cuts like a knife! Lucia, when you have 5% Body fat it has to be at least 50 degrees until I can say its not a cold morning haha.

I stick to my statement above ;)

So what does Satan look like? Did you sell your soul to the Devil? :) The wind Chill is the worst!

From Michelle N. on Tue, Feb 17, 2009 at 11:16:13

Lucia, this is one time I will say ol' Wally wasn't a wimp! It was freakin' miserable this morning. I wanted to quit bad but we kept on going.

I wouldn't have called that sleet, it was snowing sideways! Ughh, I'm just glad to have that one out of the way!

From Jon on Tue, Feb 17, 2009 at 12:14:13

hey, you are going to have to take it easy on me this Saturday. I have been sick and have not run in 6 days. Have mercy, ok?

From Kelli on Tue, Feb 17, 2009 at 15:13:16

I thought it was so warm, I almost thought we were in California or something. I dunno where Michelle and Walter were running...it was MISERABLE! It was not that cold for winter, but, man, that wind and sideways snow!!!

I was going to comment on the weight thing, Walter. Could you please eat more so that you will not be so cold?

From Rachel on Tue, Feb 17, 2009 at 15:44:56

Walter, good battle this morning ... I almost won! BWAHahaha (laughing in my best evil voice!) I used my late flight excuse to not go (got home at 1:30), the fact that it was snowing as well was just an added bonus. Great job just getting out and you know, GI Joe 'thats half the battle!'

From Walter on Tue, Feb 17, 2009 at 22:12:14

Bill, It was dark and cold and I couldnt raise my head for fear of being pelted. haha

Michelle, that last mile went by quick thanks to your chatter. jk good conversation.

Jon, I fear Tim and Cody and all these fast runners coming out of the woodwork.

Kelli, Scotts kisses kept you warm! Thats why I asked for one myself! I was so cold it didnt matter he was same sex. haha

Rache! Was that you? No doubt just getting out is half the battle. I felt like I was in boot camp there.
