I tried to run this morning, but my hamstring still said no. This evening I biked and erged. 
 

I finished an interesting sci-fi YA novel over the weekend, Skyward by Brandon Sanderson. A lot of people, kids especially, are obsessed w/ this guy. He writes numerous books a year, or so it seems. This one started slowly but sped up nicely. I'm on to the sequel.

am--2 Failed experiment. I tried to run, and my hammy felt okay, but a bit over a mile in, that was it. Must be some kind of strain. I'm sick of not running.
