am--4 Woke up late and forgot to pack my stuff for after school. To top it all off, I got home w/ a headache, so I didn't think a run was on the horizon. That couldn't happen. Ended up on the tready, swapping 400s between 8:30 and 7:30 pace. Nothing special.

am--18.25 Headed out for a long run on Gooseberry Mesa w/ the RD from the Zion 100 and few other local ultra folks. It was a nice run. If anyone is looking for a magnificent ultra to run the Zion 100 might be it. The vistas are unreal.
