I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
am--9.5 PV to Grass Valley and back. There is a hefty climb into Grass Valley, but that makes for a nice cruise on the way back. The morning weather was so beautiful.
am--1.5 Weights and Harts.
pm--5 Cone pace and some running in between at the Dixie Invite. Mild afternoon weather wise.
am--2.50 Bank and back. I like the skeleton crew.
pm--6 Around the residential area near the high school, just a big loop. Felt beat.
am--1.75 Weights and some pacey work past Hart's.
pm--5.25 I thought we had seen the last of the triple-digits, but no. Fire station out-and-back.
am—5 DI/bank/biolife loop. I knew I wouldn’t run this afternoon, so I did a little more this morning. The kids ran well at Murray.
am—5.5 Ran around Sugar House Park while the kids did some hill circuits. Creaky morning.
