I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
am--4 Woke up uber-congested, so I let the body rest for a while longer before I went out on a short trail run. Was a grind. So it goes when you're only able to breathe through half a nostril and an eyeball. I hope the kids' workout went well today.
pm--6 Some good miles helping put the course together in Bloomington Hills. It's always fun to watch the kids go for it in races.
am--5 Nice morning run to AC w/ a little extra accompanying the tardies followed by striders. JP forgot the doughnuts.
pm--3.5 Easy run full of unrest and circle @ the park.
am--4 A nice little run up the road and back.
pm--3 Nice and easy to Sandburg's to make up for yesterday. No warm-up for me because I was on roll call.
am--5.5 Changed up the route a tiny bit on this morning's run. During the middle miles, I felt like I got into a nice groove.
