I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
am--4.25 Serenity/Lava Cove loop. Felt a bit sluggish.
am--5 Some grass loops at the softball field. Muggy this morning.
am--4 An easy jaunt around the neighborhood before class. Looks like rain in the hills.
am--6 Grass Loops. I'm hitting the grass 2x a week. It's relaxing and prepping me for going full-sandal in the future, if I ever so choose. I wish the threats of rain would come to fruition.
am--5.5 Drove to the fields to watch the PVXC time trial and run w/ the kiddos. Fun stuff. The team's looking good.
am--5.5 Out-and-back on 400 E. in Orem. It always feels like work up here, and it wasn't much cooler than home.
