I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
pm--5 Nice, easy miles to get the week going. Days off are hit-or-miss. This one was somewhere in between.
am--3 Blah.
pm--5.5 Nice trail run on the Chuckwalla loop to the Paradise Overlook w/ the girls. It was the best run of the week so far. Surprise, surprise.
pm--6.5 Usual morning run in the afternoon w/ a short extension. There was a light dizzle, but the temps were nice.
