am--8.5 Long run w/ 2x 1 min. and 2 min. pick-ups and striders. It was such a pleasant morning for a long run. We went down by the hospital and just enjoyed the weather and the company. The girls are excited for the week. RHR--50.
pm--3.5 Some easy miles in the afternoon, after a much needed nap. Weight training to finish.
