am--5.75 Green Valley run w/ 6 x 200 towards the end. The 6 x 200 was actually 6 x 45 sec. because I forgot a watch and was counting in my head. Nice morning. 

pm--3.5 Easy run down 2450 and back. The pace wasn't super easy, and it's still a bit hot in the afternoons. Nevertheless, I'm feeling pretty good right now.
