am--5 Harts/AC++. Nice run in the rain this morning. I was a little tentative for sure--yesterday, I passed out at a light, traumatizing a slew of high school kids--but ended up feeling pretty good.

pm--3 Setting up and running around the course before the Duel in the Desert. The temperature was perfect.
