am--6 Nice and easy morning run. The was pleasantly crisp this morning. An LED sign at JP & G said the temps this morning were 57 degrees. Nice. 

pm--6 Warm-up and then workout w/ the JV girls. It was the same workout as the Varsity girls minus an 800. The girls did really well.
