am--4.25 City Creek Trail. I have never actually been on this trail before. It was a fun run. The kids were beat enough to take it easy on me this morning. RHR--55.

pm--5 Moe's w/ Bro. Thomas. We had a nice run in the heat w/ some great chatter. Runs like these bring me joy. Sans socks btw.
