We went straight from spring into August within the last few days. It was already 70 when I left the house at 4:45 and it was rather humid.  It was a mile before I stopped wanting to turn around and go home, and then I started to feel comfortable around mile 3.  My avg. pace was around 9 mm.

Spring seems to have been very short this year, at least really cold. I am glad you got your run done even wanting to turn around for the first mile. I understand that feeling all too well.

Great job getting out early in the morning, but dang that's hot for that time of day.

Funny, we went from spring (kind of) back to winter and snow!

Nice run, it is odd how it takes a bit before you really feel it, huh?

Same thing here! There was winter, and then, without much transition, it is a hot summer! I have noticed the humidity is worse in the early morning. Way to get out there at 4:45; a rather insane hour.

That is hot for 4:45! And way too early to be awake, but nice job toughing it out.
