Felt lousy all weekend with sore throat, still feeling pretty crummy today. Went to gym before lunch and did some gentle XT 20 mins. Then hopped on the treadmill to attempt a run but just wasn't feeling the love so stopped after 1 mile. First I've been sick for about 3 years I forgot how not fun it is.

Starting to feel a little better today. Kim and I ran 3 miles on the trails near the ball park area and also did some walking just over another mile for me. Can still feel the tendon-bum-itis I wonder if it will ever go away. Going to stick with low mileage, all slow running (9-10 min/mi) and lots of XT and walking for a while and see what happens.

Four very gentle miles at work in the sun before lunch. Still hacking like a madmen at least in the evenings. Bleh.

Nice to get out in the sun even with my coughing fits. Even did 3 hills during the run.

Slept in a bit then enjoyed a nice 8 mile easy run with Kimi on a quite warm and lovely morning, albeit a bit windy. Best I've felt all week by a long shot so hopefully the dang cold I've had all week is about wrapped up. But kinda bummed that Kim's knee is still being a problem child once we get to about 5 miles or so into the run.
