Slothfulness is what I've been the past 2 days. (but I did enjoy the sleep)!!!!! 3x lunge matrix single leg hamstring lift plank with row LLL Dips Abs 5 mile run....slow... 3x B6 60 plank pushups stretch and foam roll I'm tired :) My ankle felt a little creaky at the start of the run, but eventually warmed up. I watched Law and Order and the time went by quickly. I made an effort to keep my stride short. Ankle was achy after, but seems to be okay now. We took our kids up to the Utah Food Bank this morning to work in the warehouse. Such a humbling experience. Unfortunately, I still don't think our kids get just HOW much they have. It is a work-in-progress :) |
