I'm SO very tired today. So when my preschooler goes to school...I'm taking a nap! 3x squat jumps B6 push ups LLL (these are getting so much easier...so I did more reps today) dips monster walks 3 easy miles on the TM. I was so tired that the miles just dragged on and on. Ankle was a bit creaky, but feels fine now. Another round of B6 and LLL. Foam roll and stretch |
