Time: 37:36 This is a designated easy week for me. I have had 3 consecutive weeks of building my mileage and want to do this training thing right. No more injuries or other shenanagins.
AND I have lots of stuff to do around the house. I need to finish painting the master bedroom and bathroom - that is first. Plus I have some major sewing stuff to do as well. So it is a perfect week. Run felt good and easy. My legs felt fairly fresh, but kept the mileage and pace low. Lots of stretching after.
