TIME: 52:07 (AP 8:49) 9:31 BIG LONG HILL, 9:16, 8:46, 8:35, 8:18, 7:38 (8:25 pace) Weird thing about this run, is that I've run it several times before and it has always been 6 miles. Beautiful weather, nice easy recovery run and 6 miles doesn't seem "long" anymore. My right hip and piriformus has been bugging me today. I know how to stretch it, but I'm trying to figure out what causes it. Fast or down hill runs maybe. I'm hoping to get on my bike tomorrow in addition to my run.
