So glad to be back on a regular training schedule..I was getting antsy! I ran 1.6 miles to the gym. Lifted legs, did hip stuff, and foam rolled. Ran 1.6 home. I was a half a mile from my house (right in the middle of all the road construction) and totally tripped and fell. It was 10.0 on the ugly scale! Granted it was pitch dark and the road is totally uneven and full of gravel and construction stuff - but it was ugly! I'm glad there was no cars to run over me. I totally ripped a hole in my favorite 3/4 length tights and scrapped up my hands, knee and hip bad. My knee is still very tender. Honestly, I am a walking tornado! All I want to do is run...no injuries, no trips...just run!
