I was really thinking about not running today. I still didn't feel good (lots of body aches, coughs, runny nose), but miles have to be done right? I knew I couldn't do my scheduled 8 miles, so I settled for 6. I will turn this week into an easy week. My legs felt great, but I was hacking up a lung and had to stop lots to blow my nose. I'm sure the people around me wanted me to leave! Off to bed! 58:43 minutes
