Garmin was dead, so I just ran!  The weather was beautiful...hooray for no rain!  I felt fairly good, but just slow.  I had no speed whatsoever.  It is time to get to the track.

Lower legs are feeling pretty good.  I'm going to have to maintain whatever it is I'm doing.

Just keep doing what your doing. Don't ever change who you are.

Are you still running UVHM?

From Toby on Thu, Jun 02, 2011 at 14:11:43 from 216.194.124.36

Don't worry Burt...I'll always be Toby :)

Smooth - I'm going to run it, not race it. My training hasn't been what it should, so it will just be for fun! (And I'm running Ragnar the next weekend). It is refreshing to not be stressed out over this race. Running should be about fun and not stress, right? :) You are doing the full marathon right?

From Smooth on Thu, Jun 02, 2011 at 14:29:43 from 67.2.107.37

Yes Toby! Running should be FUN!!! Not racing certainly takes the stress out! I am running the full like a fool! :)

Ragnar will be a ton of fun. I did the UVM and Ragnar back to back 2 years ago...way fun! :)

From RAD on Thu, Jun 02, 2011 at 15:30:49 from 98.202.17.113

It really is fun to be able to just run a race and not get all stressed out over hitting a time. Running is fun, and when it stops being fun we maybe need to reevaluate.

I'm glad you were able to get out sans garmin today - sometimes that is the best thing!
