Antelope Island with Kelli! Bless her soul for coming with me! I felt SO much better on this run than the last time. And I my time showed...30 minutes faster. It was very warm today and I was very sweaty/salty. I tried some new nutrition today--cheese quesadilla and snickers (no gels). And lots of salt pills. I also taped my toes to work on my blister prevention.
We had two encounters with buffalo today. They were very close and intimidating!
