48:52 AP: 9:15 10:03, 9:41, 9:14, 8:37, 8:49, 2:29 I sure have been slow this week. I felt like I was huffing and puffing through this run. I kept thinking, "there is no way I'm going to be able to run 26.2 miles". My legs aren't sore from the race or lifting anymore. Hooray! Tendonitis in lower right leg is bugging alittle. Maybe because of my day off...who knows! Big 20 miler tomorrow. I hope I don't die!
