46:20 minutes After 2 weeks of not getting up in the middle of the night to go to the gym (aka 4:55am), I had to do it today. It was horrible. I was up all night because I though I would sleep through my alarm. Then, when I got home, my little guy was up super early, so no morning nap. Urghhh.....I am tired! I felt really good during the run though. I wanted to go alittle faster to get home and get back to bed (though my plan backfired). Lots of ice and stretching this morning.
