Just running this morning. It was nice and easy, but m right IT band is really bugging. Funny....I've been really diligent on my foam rolling, so I am not sure what is causing it. Dumb.....

Sorry your ITB is bugging. Sitting in a prolong period after runs/workouts may make it stiff and tight. Just my 2 cents. I'm thinking if you're at the sewing machine for hours at a time...be sure to get up and stretch! :)
