42:15 minutes I did my workout on the stair climber this morning. Still was breathing hard and had a sweat fest! I'm trying to decide how my shins feel. I've been stretching, doing my ankle exercises, wearing my brace and icing A LOT. But I'm not sure how it feels. OR if I should keep running. I am doing my long run with a good friend and Saturday, so I'm hoping they will start to feel better. So frustrating!
