38:22 AP: 9:32 10:15, 9:38, 9:11, 9:02 SO SO SO tired this morning. Lower legs super grumpy after yesterday's longer/harder run. I know my lower legs are very weak...hence the constant soreness and aches. I wonder if days off help or hinder. If I need to be running on them everyday to help strengthen. Oh the joys.
