300 N route Time: 53:00 AP:8:50 9:26, 8:56, 8:48, 8:46, 8:54, 8:03 SOOOOOOO tired this morning! I'm loving the cooler weather! My run went a lot faster than I had planned. My right shin/right below my knee is still bugging. Will I ever be able to run without an ache or pain?
