Oh and that treadmill workout looks fun. I'm looking for treadmill workouts so that I can be a better sport on the TM. Do you just increase up to 12 mph or how do you do it?

Good to hear from you Brook! 60/60 planks are 60 seconds - I usually try to do front/side/side. But I was out of time today.
My up 12, down 10 workout it to fight the TM boredom!!!! So if you start at 6.4mph - run that for .75 miles. Then for the last .25, bump it up 12mph (7.6 mph). Then only go down 10 mph (6.6 mph). Continue for every mile. So basically it is a tempo run - progressively getting fast. Hope that makes sense and that you are feeling good while preggo! When are you due?
