vaca with the kids.  took them to a minor league game ib VA last night and did Antietem battlefield on the way to PA today.  sadly no miles.   but we had a great time exploring new things.

7.1 right at sunset.  Run up and down the railtrail here in Mifflinburg, at my mom's place.  Really loogy when I started but felt reallt good towarss the end.  Finished with one or two around 6:50 pace.
