ran with the oakhurst running group - got there late and tried halfheartedly to catchup.  Felt pretty good and ended up maintaining a decent pace until the end.

Nice! I can't even imagine running that pace. I've done short bursts, but never anything more than 200 meters.

thanks Dale - wish i was faster...

hey Rhett - never caught them - they made it through a light and I didn't so I lost a min or two. plus they are a little faster than me at this point. im trying to build it back. not sure ill get back to where i once was but i'll try to stop my slowdown at least.
