got out around 8:45 this morning.  last week was around 90 min so I wanted to do about 120 min today.  Waited until the last minute to leave so I was about 8 min short of 120.  Even split out and back route.  Some good long hills in it.  Not fast by any stretch but I really just wanted on the feet time today.

Nice 112 minutes. (I know my math skills are stellar.)

nice math Paul! - next time I'll try to make it more difficult. somehow I need to fit in 150 min this next weekend. so busy with family stuff that I have no idea when I'll do it. maybe they can drop my off 18 miles from home on the drive back from the wedding we are going to....

Thanks Teena - feeling good after my day off. even better that i got lots of garden/yard work done.

Nice run! I like the idea of dropping your off 18 miles from home. Although, I don't think I could do it. I'm not mentally strong enough. lol

well Dale - you would either get home or not -- :)

NICE run! I agree with Teena. I would kill to run that pace for even ONE mile! LOL!!!

Only a diehard, super talented, forward-thinking runner would think of ways to be dropped off 18 miles from home on the drive back from a wedding to fit in 150 min. run! Can't wait to hear all about it! :) Remember to bring running shoes to the wedding! :)
