off day from running lots of landscaping and have run 7 days in a row.  need to remember to give my extremities a break. 

I got a job offer!  It will be a big difference hour-wise and I will need to figure out how to fit in runs.  I'd like to think I can be good and get up early like so many do, but not sure that will happen....
