Yowzza Tim. You've got such great training speed. Hows the heat in your neck of the woods. Even running at 4:am it's still 70 degrees plus here. Oh well, thats life in the fast lane. (for you)....

Thanks Slick - it was low 70s when i started and the low 80s when I was done. Not too bad. The humidity is what really makes it hard to breathe. If I was willing to get up super early it would be a little better. I'm just excited I did 4 morning runs this week (8AM). It is a new high for me I'm sure.
