4 mile race today.  Lots of long hills.  I held back slightly on the uphills in the first 3 so I had a little left at the end to kick in the last mile.  I'm not sure if that was good or not but I didnt feel that great today- just like last year.  I think it is the humidity  - not sure. v

anyway - I am not overly happy but it is a 1 sec PR and an AG win.

Added 5.8 warmup and cooldown plus to the Y and back home.

That is amazing speed -- especially for this time of year in Georgia! Congrats. How did you place overall?

Great job. Sub 6's on what sounds like a tough course. Congratulations on the the AG win!

That's smokin' fast on a tough course and a hot humid day. I could maybe run that fast on a perfect day and a downhill course.

Thanks you guys

I guess I'll take a 1sec PR. Better than slowing down:)
