not sure why but these rides seem harder each day this week - stopped watch so not sure of the pace, but it was faster than yesterday at least - 7.9 miles on da bike

5 miles "run" a couple hours later.  Just no energy  8 ave pace

Hey Teena! My foot is doing good this week. Sometimes it hurts if I land wrong on uneven ground or take a left hand turn too fast, but I need to keep this going. So I'm not going to stop until I'm 100%...

No tri - no swimming... :)

Nice job, Tim. The swimming is the only thing keeping me from doing a tri. I wish I learned to swim when I was a kid.

yeah Dale _ I had a few lessons when I was younger, but I wasn't very good at it from what I remember.
