had science olympiad up to around 1 today - pretty cool stuff. Sawyer didn't win any awards but he did very well in his competitions. had too much coffee and not enough water and then felt like poop when we got home. so i cleaned a little before heading out. supposed to get in 15 but I only did 12.4. Just took it easy and combined some old routes into a new route. Pretty spent at the end but it is no surprise considering my nutrition choices this morning. 12.4 @ 7:39 ave pace |
