It was a beautiful day.  I took this one easy - this route gets me mentally a lot of the time and I end up paying for it at the end.  So I just cruised along.  about 7:45 miles over all.

It's not bad, but it definitely isn't real running. I think it would be a great supplement to running. Say I get in a good hard tempo run and want to do some more work. I think water running would be great for that.
