came off the weekend at just under 150lbs.  Things are progressing slowly but surely.

3:30 PM4 @ 7:18 - each mile faster than the other - last sub-7.

Forgot I have a 5K on Saturday...

6:30 PM -  4.1 @ 6:35 ave pace  - 6:57, 6:33, 6:19, 6:10, last .1 a slow jog -- felt good so I pushed a little just to see what happened.  Felt like I slowed down the last mile but guess not.

Looking good. I'll be excited to hear how the 5k goes.

Thanks Rhett -- yeah I can't wait to see, too.
