Chrys will be working late again so I will shoot for two short ones today.  I rolled out the door a few minutes after waking up this morning for a nice 4 miler.  Felt good.

4 @ 6:58 ave pace - progressively sped up through the miles and felt good

at dusk - on a whim I ran over to  the track -

2 x800 (6:00 and 5:57 pace), 2x400 (5:48 and 5:35 pace) - half jogs in between

total 5.6 ave pace 7:05

a little soreness in my foot - will see what we have tomorrow - only one run for sure
