3 more work-days of being at home.  I went out around 2 for 4 sluggish miles.  hoping to run with the Oakhurst group tonight for 6 more.  This weather is amazing.

4 @ 7:28  - first 2 were over 7:30 and the last two were around 7:15 or something like that.

kind of a silly goal, but I made it a point to make at least 160 miles this month.  I've only gone over that 3 months this year.  Pretty sad.  I need to get my butt in gear.  Should go over 40 this week if all things go well.  I'm trying to get back to where 40+ is normal.  Will be harder once my job starts but it will be a goal.

ok 6 with the group - felt harder and not as hard all at the same time - I'll call it a tempo run.  I really didn't feel great the whole time.  These paces shouldn't be that hard.

6 @ 6:52 ave 7:36, 6:45, 6:51, 6:28, 6:37, 7:03

You've put in a lot of quality miles this week. Your body was probably just a bit tired. Nice running.
