9 miles -- all very nice and slow except for the 6 800s I threw in the middle. A 400 m SLOW jog (11 minute pace) in between each 800. Paces for the 800s: 3:30, 3:30, 3:25, 3:25, 3:20, 3:20. Core/lumbar stabilization exercises. I am pleased with how well my leg is doing. There has not been any pain and/or discomfort while running, walking, hopping, etc. for a couple of weeks now. Still is tender when I press and prod right on the exact tiny spot where the SF was though. I need to stop doing that. But I get so stinkin' curious!!!! ;) Haven't found my mountain bike yet, and still can't believe how expensive some of them are. I keep waiting for a killer deal to present itself, but I am thinking I may just have to bite the bullet and settle for a fair deal and customer service with a smile! :)
