Roughly 37 minutes. I tried a new type of turn today (since I still cannot do a flip turn) and I really liked it. It was awesome not having to stop to switch directions ! :)

** My plan was to run between 4 and 6 miles after the elliptical. I was happy that I was able to do the 6 with less discomfort than when I ran the 4 on Tuesday. :)

** I was very naughty today. Woke up late and in lieu of my early morning class I went for a swim. Then I decided that since I already missed that class that I might as well enjoy the rest of the morning. Morning turned into the afternoon. I went and checked my youngest daughter, Livvy, out of school, took her to lunch and then to see Tangled. SUCH A CUTE MOVIE!!!! It was fun playing hooky!

** I likely should not have run this many miles today, and I probably shouldn't have taken a bunch of ibuprofen before I ran, BUT ... I really really really wanted to run so that makes it okay, right? I took everything really easy other than one mile. Now that is discipline (or was it necessity?)!!! Had wonderrful running partners for several of the miles. :) :) :) |
