Quasi sprint tri at the gym -- I did not bike the whole 12.4 miles. Since I wanted to train on the kilamanjaro program at its highest resistance level I just biked for roughly the same amount of time that it takes me to do 12.4 miles on random level 6.

Flexibility exercises. Ahhhhh ... needed that. :) Also I updated "red sausage" to "chloroplast" recently. Random info here: My kids give all my PT and exercise equipment nicknames. Don't ask me why but it's pretty funny. For example, they call my skeleton "Harry" (they thought that was funny since Harry certainly has no hair). "Red Sausage" was my red foam roller. 4 basketball games today so I wasn't able to start my run until 5:30 this evening. Not a big fan of the evening runs. But on a positive note we went to an Express Gold's Gym, which was a lot smaller than the Gold's we usually go to ... this was nice because I was able to watch my hot hubby on all the machines because everything was so close. He is getting ripped!! :)
