** Missed my first class this morning that started at 8. Gave myself 70 minutes to get to school ... ended up taking my 2 hours and 6 minutes. The roads didn't seem that bad but things were moving at a snail's pace. Sigh.

Sprint tri at the gym.

Biked hard, ran conservatively then pushed a bit in the swim - which is not like me. I love to just take the swim super easy. Can't decide if I want to learn to swim faster or just continue to use it for the psychological benefits it gives me ... probably the latter). :)

Need to start getting more sleep.

Btw, I love cherry Ju Ju hearts! :)
