* 7 by my lonesome, AP 7:38 (ran up to Bangerter and then back down -- not sure how accurate the average pace is since I stopped at several lights, at which time I stopped my watch ... so lots of little rest breaks)

* 1 cooldown with Sophia around the neighborhood
